Elliott has dedicated his law practice to guiding his clients through the probate process and preparing wills, living trusts, and other estate planning documents. He is skilled at managing family conflicts which arise both before and after the death of any important family member. Elliott has maintained an AV preeminent (highest possible) rating for both legal ability and ethical standards since 1994 from Martindale-Hubbell, a nationally recognized attorney rating system. His estate planning practice focus with Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C. is dedicated to estate planning for individuals and married couples. His probate practice includes estates, whether simple or complex, in which the decedent died with or without a will. His strategies often involve the use of revocable ?living? trusts.
