Attorney Rick Guerra is the managing partner of the Guerra Days Law Group, which has law offices in Houston, San Antonio and Edinburg, Texas. Serving a diverse range of clients across the state, Mr. Guerra focuses his practice primarily on real estate law. In addition, he also represents the rights and interests of those who are dealing with legal challenges involving foreclosures, bankruptcy, credit restoration, business formation, dissolution and taxation, as well as various types of civil litigation and appeals.

Along with his legal credentials, Mr. Guerra also has an extensive background in computer information systems, accounting and business. A successful business owner himself, he understands the unique struggles and challenges involved in running a business, which helps him better connect with his commercial clients and assist them with their important and pressing legal issues. However, the heart of his practice remains with real estate law and foreclosure defense, and he has helped protect the rights of homeowners embroiled in complex foreclosure proceedings, loan modifications and other related matters.

Mr. Guerra began his legal career in 2010 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law Houston and receiving his license to practice from the State Bar of Texas. Before entering the legal profession, he established and ran his own successful computer information systems company for seven years.

Since entering the legal profession, Mr. Guerra has achieved notable success, particularly in the area of real estate law. He has conducted several lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics involving real estate transactions and other matters, and in 2015, Expertise, LLC, voted his practice as the top real estate firm in San Antonio.
