Virginia Hammerle is the founder and managing attorney of Hammerle Finley Law Firm in Lewisville, Texas. A 1979 graduate of the University of Missouri, Ms. Hammerle obtained her Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1982. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Hammerle is a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation, and she is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Care Planning Council and WealthCounsel, among her other professional affiliations. She is also the founder and former president of the Alliance Bar Association. She has also served on the board of the Denton Kiwanis Club, and she has received the Hixson Opportunity Award for her contributions to the organization.
