Over the course of her career, Ms. Weeks has served in leadership roles for organizations.ÿ She is the President of the Collin County Bar Association, the past Chair of Board of Disability Rights Texas, serves on the Board of Governors for the Dallas Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Council of North Texas, and is past President of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Collin County Bar Association.ÿ She has served various organizations that serve individuals with disabilities.ÿ She is a frequent speaker on special needs trusts and planning, speaking to attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, parents and educators.ÿ She maintains active membership in the Dallas Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Texas Bar College.

Ms. Weeks received a bachelor?s degree in Foreign Service from Baylor University. She earned her law degree from Baylor Law. In addition to all Texas state courts, she is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Texas.
