A native of France, Ms. Miorini speaks the language fluently, and she obtained her Juris Doctor-Ph.D. from the University of Sorbonne International Law School in 1993. She also earned her Master of Laws in international and comparative law from The George Washington University Law School in 1995. She is licensed to practice in New York, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Honored for her impeccable professionalism and service to others, Ms. Miorini received the Chevalier de l'Ordre national du m‚rite award from the French government in 2017 as well as the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year award from the Fairfax County Bar Association in 2006.
