Christopher M. Henderson is an attorney with Brothers & Henderson, P.S. where he handles cases involving all aspects of elder and disability, guardianship, estate planning, probate, special education, estate disputes and TEDRA cases. He represents both individual and professional clients in the greater Seattle, Everett and Tacoma areas where he prepares end-of-life planning documents, advises attorneys and professional fiduciaries regarding special needs trusts and settlements, and advises clients in matters related to federal and state benefits.ÿ Mr. Henderson is admitted to practice in the state of Washington and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

In 2016 and 2017, he was named a Seattle Five Star Financial Service Professional, and he was appointed as a group member to the Alzheimer?s Disease Working Group for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.ÿ He is a frequent speaker on topics related to his practice areas to both general audiences and attorneys and professional fiduciaries. ÿ

Mr. Henderson graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in symbolic systems in 2000. At the University of Washington School of Law, he then earned his Juris Doctor in 2008. While in law school, he was selected as a student to attend the Transnational Intellectual Property Seminar in Italy and was associate articles editor and symposium editor for the Washington Law Review for a special edition devoted to the rights of the disabled on the international stage.

Mr. Henderson is on the advisory boards for Full Life Care, the Alzheimer?s Association chapter for Washington and Northern Idaho, and End of Life Washington.ÿ He is also a member of the Washington Academy of Elder law Attorneys, the Washington State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Tacoma-Pierce Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle Member) and the Guardianship and Elder Law Section of the King County Bar Association where previously served on the executive committee.
