His law practice emphasizes a holistic and comprehensive legal practice approach to the issues seniors face as they age. Pete's elder law practice anticipates and provides legal services to the firm?s clients as their circumstances and health care needs change. Pete?s law practice includes: Medicaid and VA Benefits Planning, Elder Care Focused Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Special Needs Trust Planning, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Probate & Trust Administration. In 2014, Pete merged his elder law practice with Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group LLP. Ahrens DeAngeli specializes in wealth, asset protection and tax/estate planning. The newly formed firm is uniquely positioned to help families protect assets no matter whether the concern is addressing long-term care costs, business liabilities or more complex estate/tax issues.
