The founder of Legal Resolutions, Josias E. Flynn has a practice that is largely centered on civil litigation. From the firm's offices in Tacoma, Washington, he provides representation to clients in Pierce and southern King counties who need assistance in resolving a variety of different types of disputes.

In his employment law practice, Mr. Flynn represents people who have been the target of prohibited discrimination, harassment or wrongful termination. Mr. Flynn also handles matters involving violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, or federal or state wage and hour laws, and he assists employees who have been retaliated against for reporting unlawful behavior to the appropriate state or federal agencies.

Mr. Flynn also provides representation to clients who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other similar personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to founding his current firm, he spent several years as a defense attorney, and this experience has given him insight into the types of tactics he can expect when he is representing plaintiffs. Mr. Flynn has a consumer law practice as well, assisting clients who have been the victims of unfair and deceptive business practices. His general civil litigation clients include companies involved in contract disputes. Finally, Mr. Flynn prepares wills, trusts and other estate planning documents for his clients, and he also provides advice and counsel to clients who are in the middle of a divorce and who need help with issues such as property division and child custody and visitation.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Flynn attended Truman State University and received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance in 2008. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2011.
