About James K. Jaskolski

James K. Jaskolski is an attorney in Greenfield, Wisconsin, where he devotes his practice to family law. With the law firm of Jaskolski & Jaskolski, SC, which was founded by his father more than 50 years ago, Mr. Jaskolski represents Wisconsin residents who need assistance with divorce-related legal issues, estate planning and probate.

Mr. Jaskolski earned a bachelor?s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1995, and has been admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts since 1995. He is also licensed to appear before the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Jaskolski has served as a court commissioner for a local circuit court judge. He has also volunteered his time for local charities, including serving as an executive committee member for St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital golf outing.

Professional groups that Mr. Jaskolski belongs to include the Milwaukee Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Matrimonial American Inn of Court and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. He is also a member of the Divorce Cooperation Institute, an organization designed to provide divorcing couples with alternatives to traditional litigation.

Respected for his knowledge and experience, Mr. Jaskolski has been invited to speak on legal ethics and other topics by the Wisconsin State Bar and other organizations. In 2010, he was profiled in the Wisconsin Law Journal in an article about practicing law with his father.ÿ Jaskolski and Jaskolski was recently chosen as the 2019 Top Choice law firm by the Milwaukee Sentinel.
