A shareholder at Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C., Dayna Lefebvre provides elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and probate and trust administration advice and counsel to her clients in the greater Milwaukee metropolitan area.

Ms. Lefebvre's elder law experience includes nursing home, long-term care and special needs planning, along with guardianships, SSI, and Medicaid planning. She has lectured extensively on these topics before groups such as the National Business Institute, the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Racine Kenosha Estate Planning Council. Ms. Lefebvre also has an extensive background in the preparation and review of wills, special needs trusts and other types of trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.

A member of the Insurance and Member Benefits Committee for the Wisconsin State Bar, Ms. Lefebvre is an active participant in several other professional organizations. Her memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Ozaukee County Bar Association and the Milwaukee-based Association for Women Lawyers. She provides pro bono legal services to a variety of groups, including the Wills for Heroes Foundation, Inc., the Federal Bar Association's Wills for Veterans initiative and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics.

Ms. Lefebvre received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and and operations and supply chain management, cum laude, from Marquette University in 2011. Remaining in Milwaukee, she attended Marquette University Law School and was awarded her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2013. She is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts.
